The Three Phases of Post-Construction Cleaning
There’s a lot going on during a construction project. Construction is a messy process, leaving behind dust, wood and metal shavings, nails, wiring, and other kinds of leftover materials. Cleaning it all up is labor-intensive work. Because construction project managers are under the gun with timelines, deadlines, and budgets to meet, post-construction cleanup is typically contracted out to professional cleaners with experience in this type of specialized work. There are actually three phases of post-construction cleaning which include the rough clean, light clean, and final or touch-up clean.
