I work as a capital projects manager for a multi family GC in Charlotte. I have worked with Ryan and Clean Air Blasting on several multi family projects. He has prepared concrete surfaces for engineer inspections on parking decks. Most recently finished(11/15/24)cleaning multi level steel catwalks inside an apartment complex. Ryan and his team followed all schedules, respected all the residents during the project and communicated perfectly with our clients on-site management team to complete this project as smooth and professionally as I could have asked for. Clean Air Blasting is the only sandblasting contractor we allow on our projects.

Great father and son team that are very professional, courteous and sandblasted an old metal antique glider and chairs. They are mobile so they come to you.Will definitely use them again now I’ve found someone to make restorations painless.

We needed to have stain removed from our stamped concrete in order to get it redone. Ryan gave me a quote over the phone based on square footage. He arrived on time and took great care to avoid any damage to our columns and vegetation. He and Shane cleaned everything up nicely and were professional and courteous. We were quite pleased with the results and would definitely hire them again.
