I had a mixed experience. While scheduling and the front desk were smooth, I was disappointed by the lack of cost transparency. I provided details on the issue upfront but was not given an estimate. After paying for an inspection, I received a quote for nearly $1400. I was able to get the same high-quality work done elsewhere for less than half the price, including parts and labor. This quote was an extreme overcharge, especially given I had already done the break work. Better upfront communication on potential costs would have prevented this frustrating and unnecessary expense.

I went here twice and was not satisfied. The first time was for check-engine-light. They "fixed" it but I had to come back in less than a week as it came back on. In the follow-up visit, they identified the underlying issue. I hope they would have found that issue the first time but more importantly, I was charged for diagnostics the second time as well. I had to escalate it to Alan (owner) to get that charge removed. In the second visit, the price they quoted me over the phone was different increased when I showed up to drop the car. The reason given was they had resent an old quote that was sent to me vs. sending me the latest quote. The owner is great but the staff operates mechanically, with no effort to understand the situation or customer ask New add: Owner’s response to my original review is factually incorrect. He is right that I won’t be going back here
