Shout out to Randal, takes great care of my pool! Tito the owner, has a great crew of hard workers that take care of my pool so all I need to do is enjoy it. I highly recommend this company!

We have been using their service for quite awhile now. They are always prompt and text me when the tech is on their way over. Their prices are better than others I have used and they do a better job.

Personal recommendation. That’s the way I discovered Classic Pools and thus far it’s been a good experience. I’ve only been a customer for a little over a month, but the initial bid and weekly technician visits have left me a satisfied customer. Take my advice, ask around and get several bids. Include these guys and you won’t be disappointed

The pool looks beautiful thanks to the ongoing efforts of Classic Pool Service & Repair. This is far and away the best pool service I’ve had maintain my pool. I have faith in their expertise. From their business office (Amber) to their key professional pool expert (Tito), I am very comfortable they will treat my pool as though it’s theirs. Kayla does an excellent job with the once-a-week cleaning and chemical balancing. My only suggestion is for Kayla to provide a brief report for me to read on her visit. I’d just like to know what she’s putting into the water and what she thinks of the overall condition of the pool and water. I know this would take time. They have told me they would let me know if they should find something in need of repair. Their system works as is but I’d just like them to consider the extra service of a brief report maybe once-a-month.

Classic pools installed an entire system for me a few years ago. I contacted them due to a fault that occured, which was hardware related to the pump itself. When I got the initial quote, they informed me they would price match what I found from their initial quote. However, they went a step further, and contacted Pentair to see if they'd honor the warranty even if it was out of date, as the system was supposed to last 5-10 years. Classic pools could have easily took the route to take my money for profit and not even suggested either of those options, but ultimately they became the mediator and got my pump fixed from the manufacturer, even though it was an expired warranty. I'd recommend a company such as them, that isn't out to exploit customers, and is actually an honorable business with good people. I will continue to use Classic Pools and recommend to others.

Classic Pools have serviced my pool since I moved into my house 4 years ago and they have serviced my Daughter and SIL’s pool even longer! They are a top notch service group. Amber lets me know when the technician is on his way, immediately addresses any concerns I may have and Tito is most professional knowledgeable.

What a great service classic pools provide! Amber is always on it with the confirmations and the services changes. We have dogs, so it’s great that they communicate prior to their visit so we are prepared. Not only do we have them service the pool, they also have done a few repairs.
