Probably the best "authorized" repair shop experience on the east coast. Staff and service could not have been any better. They were very open and communicative through the whole process which kept me in the loop about exactly what was going on. Jacky was the one dealing with my repair and made the process super easy. EXCELLENT STAFF & SERVICE!!! I had taken my unit to another authorized Pioneer Repair Center and they were unable to repair the unit. The unit kept doing the same thing even though they said they fixed it. I found Class Kills on Pioneers website decided to give them the opportunity to fix my Pioneer djm S7 and they were able to find a problem
