I can't recommend Clarke Contractors enough - we had a difficult situation with a very old septic tank that was failing and Clarke were the only company who from the very first phone call were helpful and professional. We now have a new tank installed, that was done on time and to a good budget. The whole team at Clarke were great from start to finish. Give them a call you won't regret it.

Can't recommend Clarke Contractors enough! They recently installed a new waste treatment tank and decommissioned an old septic tank for me. From 1st enquiry through to completion they provided great service – always answered the phone, always gave straight answers and accommodated all my extra requests. Best of all, not offered by anyone else, they carried out investigations of my damaged septic tank and then pursued a claim through my home insurance for me. I got the whole project (£20k+) paid for by my insurance company (despite them trying to argue otherwise!). The quality of work was excellent, they took great care to level off all the ground after they had finished and will return in spring to finish off. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

Clarke Contractors have just installed a new water treatment plant for us and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, the team were professional, efficient, and kept us fully informed throughout the whole process. The quality of the work is excellent, and it’s clear they take real pride in what they do. Highly recommended!

Gareth came out at short notice and went above and beyond. He emptied our septic tank, found a blockage and went on to clear it for us. What a lovely guy! Very happy customers. We would highly recommend and wouldn’t think of using anyone else in future.

I cannot recommend Clarke Contractors enough! Our uplift pump failed on New Year's Eve tripping the house electric. I called them and they came out to us to investigate and confirmed the pump was faulty. They sourced a new pump and came to fit it in the snow! We're really grateful for this dedication as others simply would not try. Gareth was really assuring, honest, and true to his word. We are really appreciative to him for being so dedicated and trustworthy and this helped a lot with our anxiety as being so remote , we have limited mitigation alternatives. Thank you Gareth for your help and care. We will definitely be using you again and won't look anywhere else. Top Bloke!

Fantastic service and extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable gentlemen came to empty our tank this morning. Have been massively let down and Duped by other more local contractors. Clarke Contractors were here at a moments notice, where others demanded weeks notice and never arrived. Clarke Contractors were here on time as he promised, was highly professional, assessed our akward driveway and left everything clean and tidy! Thanks again for your assistance 👍🏽

Dave surveyed our drains and explained the problems and work needed clearly. Came back to review the SOW and discuss (patiently) in greater detail. Work was carried out promptly on the scheduled date. Unforeseen additional work due to position of soakaway charged at reasonable cost. Work carried out efficiently and cheerfully (considering the weather). Site left clean and tidy.

Clarke Contractors have been fantastic with sorting out our sewage treatment plant. We have not owned one before. It is in an awkward place to access with a substantial height to lift. Someone came out to look at it last year and said a pump was needed for draining but it was looking okay. This turned out not to be true and Gareth and one of his operatives needed to spend the day sorting out the problems when they had only planned for an hour visit. It has now been repaired, emptied and cleaned. He has already come back to check on it and is going to check on it in a month. We are really grateful to Gareth and Clarke Contractors for sorting out all the problems and will obviously be staying with them. Thank you! Guy, Bontuchel

I was very impressed with the work done at my house by Clarke Contractors. They were very efficient, and the job was done with accuracy and speed. They worked tirelessly for 4 days. Arrived early, and made sure the area was left safe at the end of the day. I can't believe how much was done. They went the extra mile, which is why I had to write this review. Once the job was complete, the ground was put back as if they hadn't been there. No footprint left from the digger and dumper that had been there working for 4 days in the rain!!! Right from the start, after making the enquiry, the receptionist was polite and helpful. The boss man on site Gareth Clarke was very friendly and approachable too. Outstanding work, and I highly reccommend them.

Clarke Contractors have just carried out necessary work to connect us to the mains sewage system. Every aspect of their work has been outstanding and Dave, in particular, went over and above to support us with this work-even contacting United Utilities and our local council to argue our case for us. We are extremely grateful to them and would highly recommend them for any work.
