Meet Carrie Morrison – our New Business Co-ordinator at Clan Gordon.
Since joining in October 2022 in lettings administration and moving into this key role in February 2025, Carrie has become one of the first points of contact for new landlords.
Her role is dynamic: she guides landlords through onboard checks, manages ID reviews, schedules maintenance via Fixflo, attends first inspections, organises marketing photography and executes agency agreements – all to ensure a smooth transition into partnership.
Carrie came from customer-facing roles, had no prior property experience (though her father is a chartered surveyor) and discovered how much she values working with a supportive team that enables learning every day at Clan Gordon.
The result? A more efficient onboarding process, a better experience for landlords and tenants, and strengthened service delivery.
