CJW have just finished two jobs for me, a flat roof replacement and a complete chimney refurbishment both to an excellent standard. Chris and his team replaced an old felt roof with a modern EPDM version, removing old boards and replacing with new and also replaced soffits and fascias at short notice, all to a very high standard. Then they repointed my very tired chimney and re-leaded it using a local lead expert whose work is superb, a work of art in lead (see before and after photos). Their quote was competitive and service excellent being reliable, friendly and flexible. I cannot rate CJW highly enough, many thanks.

I went with CJW roofing because of their positive reviews. I was impressed and grateful that Chris was willing to come out and quote for a comparatively small job. Chris came out when he said he would, gave a very reasonable quote and followed through with the job to replace hip and ridge tiles to a high standard. Communication was good throughout. All scaffolding etc was organised by Chris and all rubbish taken away. Would not hesitate to recommend Chris and his team. Thank you.

Do not trust this company to install roofing units or lay new seals up to code. If you go with this company take every step to ensure the city inspects their work because they will try to avoid regulations to cut corners. And dont expect any timely response once he sees you’re actually inspecting their work after catching them. Prices are competitive because the quality is not.

The garage roof needed to be completely removed, boarded, and protected. As you can see from the pics, CJW Roofing done a great job. Chris and Beau are friendly and polite chaps. They just got stuck into the job, no messing, and I would definitely use them again for future jobs. The price was competitive, and more professional than some other tradesmen who came around to quote for the job. Other guys were willing to do it there and then, but when Chris quoted, he said its best to wait a couple of months for the better weather as the glue needs to bond properly, so I could tell he was a pro and wanted to leave being proud of the job he's done.

We had a leaky roof and so put the info out onto Check a Trade. Within a couple of hours of putting out the SOS, Chris got in touch and came round the next day to quote. He was so helpful, friendly and informative so we chose to proceed with the quote - which we felt was very reasonably priced! Chris came round to quote on Thursday and by the following Tuesday afternoon the work was complete. Would definitely recommend!

Took way to long and then did not deliver as agreed. Trampled my roses. Gave me the runaround and then made excuse after excuse. Now they won't return my calls.. I checked too late. They have a bad record at the State Contractors Complaint Board.l would definitely not recommend Bolt Well roofing company.
