Courtney is an absolute gem! Not only was she helpful in finding us our dream home, she was expert in navigating the process. We were selling a house in NYC and buying a house in MA. That meant she had to navigate two different real estate landscapes, which she did with gusto! We also had a multiple bid situation in MA and Courtney worked expertly with the sellers agent to ensure we had a successful bid. Finally, Courtney kept me calm through the whole process even when I was feeling despondent. It was a fantastic experience and we are truly grateful to Courtney for all of her work on our behalf.
