Sabin was a pleasure to work with! He was very prompt, got the site work done and paperwork ready that the village needed quickly. Civilland LLC helped us with the approval of a sidewalk relocation and grading/water management for our new home. They were responsive, very professional and utilized 3D software that provided detailed drawings that met the stringent requirements of our municipality. They immediately responded to the inspectors questions and got the approvals quickly. And reasonable fees!!! They will be our “go to” civil engineer from now on!
