We called Civil Pest control last year to deal with Pharaoh ants problems in my house and also wasps above our garage door. Antonio came to help us solve the two problems. It was really hard to get rid of the Pharaoh ants, he came several times last year. He is very professional and explained everything clearly. Tony removed a couple of wasp nests we had around our house. He was fast and reliable and the wasps haven’t come back . His communication was very clear and prices were fair and reasonable. We recently had an issue with a very large volume of hornets investing our tree behind our house. After calling Civil Pest Control, Antonio confirmed that he would be available to dispose of the hornet nest. Within less than 1 hour after the call, Antonio disposed of the nest. Antonio was professional, answered all of my questions in regards to the hornet infestation frequency and he was even available again for a follow up visit because of residual hornets. We had a wasp problem in the backyard and located the nest. When he arrived, Antonio from Civil did a thougrough walk around the house and even indicated an additional wasp nest we hadn't noticed. He treated both a few days ago and today we can be in the backyard again without worrying about stings. The service was prompt (next day) and very friendly.
