This is my second windshield replacement on my 2019 Jeep Wrangler. When I needed my first replacement, I asked my mechanic for a recommendation, and they shared that CITYWIDE AUTOGLASS DFW was their first choice. Ishmael (Ish) was very professional in scheduling and making sure he had the correct windshield in stock (or would order one). It takes about an hour and all the stickers e.g., TollTag, Inspection/registration, etc., are all transferred over. GREAT WORK!

Had an issue with one of my windows be stuck down. Called and got a quote quickly and for a reasonable price. Service was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be going back if I have anymore issue my my car windows. I highly recommend!

Ishmael only took about an hour to replace a Toyota Tacoma windshield. Out of the 3 shop, the price is affordable and only took an hour. It's an OEM quality Same day appointment. Lifetime warranty on the workmanship and leaks. $65 to repair a rock chip

I went to Ishmael after Safelite had already taken my windshield off and told me that they couldn't move forward with the replacement and couldn't put my old windshield back on. We had told the technician to place the window in the back seat and would find someone else. Safelite did not place it in the back seat and took off with my original windshield. I was left with nothing but a wrap and was told "its not illegal to drive without a windshield." Really???? I found Ishmael hear on Google and could not be happier. He happened to have a replacement on-site and availability just before he closed on a Saturday. Got everything taken care of more professionally, faster, and cheaper. He was an absolute life saver on an already stressful day. I won't go anywhere else for my auto glass.
