I recently had City Line Chimney out to service my home in Garland, Texas, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! From the very first phone call, the dispatcher was friendly, polite, and super informative, answering all my questions. The technician went above and beyond during the level 2 inspection, even getting up on the roof to check the chimney and the flashing for leaks. He provided a thorough, detailed explanation of what needed repair and gave a clear, fair estimate. Overall, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. I highly recommend them!

I scheduled a chimney inspection on Wednesday from 2-4 PM and took off work early to be home. At 3:30PM, I received a call from a girl saying the technician claimed he had knocked and couldn't reach anyone. I immediately open my front door and see no one outside. I suggested he might be at the wrong address, and she promised to find out and call back. An hour later, I called the company myself and learned the technician had moved on to the next job. They suggested they could come back on Friday (at their convenience not mine). Don’t waste your time with this company.

The gal they sent was very nice and professional. But she really didn't know much about repairing a gas fireplace. To my surprise, she didn't even know where to find ignitor and control. I had to show her. After talking with another technician on the phone several times, she was able to light the pilot. She said she thinks it was the switch on wall, but she wasn't licensed to change it.(?) Not fixed, but no charge. Nice gal, just needs more training.
