Hats off goes to the City Tow crew for helping me out. My car stop on freeway 2 times and calling City Tow for their service is on point. Good service and always willing to help. I didn’t wait more than 10 minutes. Shout out to my Bro Saipani Lafaele and the boys for coming out. Thank you so much for always helping and especially for coming through. I say 5 stars. Great service 👏

My grandmother took her car to get serviced. They had did something that messed up her system, where all of the lights turned on and her car wasn’t working Properly I called the city towing and they came within 15 minutes and took her car to the shop to get re-serviced and fixed. They were extra phenomenal. The workers were extremely helpful thank you city towing.

Updated response to the reply on my review: Are you an employee, the owner who originally replied to Erin's review, or a Kia employee? The vehicle is a Kia K4, not K5, and you have completely ignored the entirety of Erin's review. The owner's ad hominem attacks on Erin's account only support her experience to everyone who reads these threads. All this aside, I personally appreciate your polite reply. We've got the timestamp screenshot of when they arrived at the towing station, and the towing receipt for proof of how long they waited. Now tell me your company isn't predatory. And tell me they didn't wait for hours. See below... PS - BTW, no one is disputing that the owner of the property has rights or whatever, and yes - you are the vendor - the one who has taken advantage of young people who parked in the wrong spot for a concert. You also charged for TWO DAYS when you conveniently marked it at midnight, then the car released only 6hrs and 19 minutes later. You also documented the wrong pickup location, and it was only SIX MINUTES AWAY - the pickup location on the Uber screenshot. I could go on, but here are the receipts for everyone to read. And I'm taking screenshots of both the reply to Erin's and my posts. Original review: This review is a counter to this company's rebuttal to Erin Moore's review. Erin is the girlfriend of my oldest son. Both he and my other two sons were there through the entire ordeal. They have map timestamps of their entire stay there as well as the receipt for all the info. Contrary to City Towing's claim that her review was fabricated, the claimed weight of the vehicle is FALSE, a quick Google search will discredit that claim. The 2025 Kis K4 weighs under 3000 pounds (see photo). There is also the witness account of the 5 young people that had to endure this fiasco. They drove all the way from Arizona to attend a local concert. Expect an updated review with all receipts. This company is indeed predatory, and they can get these negative reviews removed simply by issuing a refund at an amount which will reflect a reasonable and fair balance paid. Shame on you!

I was a victim of an Civil issue, after getting a restraining order against our landlord they evicted us in retaliation. Long story short they told us I could leave my car there on the day we moved to get it towed and then towed it 12hrs later. That's a civil matter but this company did the towing. When I finally got in contact with them they heard me out and helped us get my car out ASAP, I was never informed of the tow, the landlord actually lied and pretended things were fine, so my car sat for 8 days without my knowledge. You can imagine the bill. The owner helped us out as much as she could so our car wouldn't be stuck here because we weren't going to get money to pay until next week and it would wipe us out. We are a small family of 4 that were displaced and terrorized with harassment since September. They gave us a Christmas miracle so I could still afford to give my babies a Christmas. Someone has to do this job, but they dont have to be nice or help anyone out. 🙏🏻🌹🫶🏻

This tow company is unprofessional, rude, and charged unjust prices for towing. I acknowledge that I parked in a private property lot which led to my vehicle being towed. However, I arrived at the tow lot within an hour of it being transported there. I was forced to wait six hours outside; while staff was on property they refused any service or to even confirm if my vehicle had been picked up. When initially talked to staff, they stated it would be the towing fee and after hours/weekend fee posted on the front door, so about $400. However, we were threatened against questioning the company policy too much, otherwise we would not be able to pick up our vehicle until the following Monday, thus losing my livelihood. Throughout the following hours, a large group of people showed up to pick up their cars. As some people were served (after several hours of waiting), they stated their final price was about $720 for sedans similar to mine. This was higher than we were initially told. We were the last person to be released, despite being the first group on property that night. After 6 hours of waiting, we were told our price was $863. When asking why our total was so high, the employee was agitated and stated special equipment had to be used due to our vehicle type. For context, our car is a 2025 Kia K4, a regular size sedan that is front wheel drive (an easily towable car). The employees said our vehicle weighed more than 5,000 pounds, which is incorrect. They refused to provide any kind of price breakdown until after we paid (which is illegal in California, you have the right to see the receipt before paying). This “specialty towing fee” led to an additional $150 on our bill, with no true justification. The lack of transparency, the refusal to provide basic information, and the inconsistent pricing make this place feel predatory. Getting towed is frustrating enough — dealing with this company turns it into an absolute nightmare.

I got towed by city towing and they had great communication skills, were on time when they said they’d be. The driver Tua had such amazing customer service. 10/10 would recommend to others.

Yesterday I had my car towed by this company. Before they left I was able to speak to someone and they said we could work something out at the lot. Everyone I talked to, from the lot, to the office, to the owner was respectful and reasonable. The owner herself is very firm, but fair. We ended up finding a solution together and they were very accommodating. I don't think anyone is really fans of towing companies for obvious reasons, but this one is a small business run by good people.

Great experience Arthur went above expectation with my vehicle being electric handled with care arrived in a timely manner and surpassed expectations with the care and avoiding damaged and using equipment I wasn’t aware of that ensure my vehicle would be safe thank you guys for having a well trained employee I had other companies come out that just said no and would require special equipment and honestly I felt tried to over charge
