Hats off goes to the City Tow crew for helping me out. My car stop on freeway 2 times and calling City Tow for their service is on point. Good service and always willing to help. I didn’t wait more than 10 minutes. Shout out to my Bro Saipani Lafaele and the boys for coming out. Thank you so much for always helping and especially for coming through. I say 5 stars. Great service 👏

Updated response to the reply on my review: Are you an employee, the owner who originally replied to Erin's review, or a Kia employee? The vehicle is a Kia K4, not K5, and you have completely ignored the entirety of Erin's review. The owner's ad hominem attacks on Erin's account only support her experience to everyone who reads these threads. All this aside, I personally appreciate your polite reply. We've got the timestamp screenshot of when they arrived at the towing station, and the towing receipt for proof of how long they waited. Now tell me your company isn't predatory. And tell me they didn't wait for hours. See below... PS - BTW, no one is disputing that the owner of the property has rights or whatever, and yes - you are the vendor - the one who has taken advantage of young people who parked in the wrong spot for a concert. You also charged for TWO DAYS when you conveniently marked it at midnight, then the car released only 6hrs and 19 minutes later. You also documented the wrong pickup location, and it was only SIX MINUTES AWAY - the pickup location on the Uber screenshot. I could go on, but here are the receipts for everyone to read. And I'm taking screenshots of both the reply to Erin's and my posts. Original review: This review is a counter to this company's rebuttal to Erin Moore's review. Erin is the girlfriend of my oldest son. Both he and my other two sons were there through the entire ordeal. They have map timestamps of their entire stay there as well as the receipt for all the info. Contrary to City Towing's claim that her review was fabricated, the claimed weight of the vehicle is FALSE, a quick Google search will discredit that claim. The 2025 Kis K4 weighs under 3000 pounds (see photo). There is also the witness account of the 5 young people that had to endure this fiasco. They drove all the way from Arizona to attend a local concert. Expect an updated review with all receipts. This company is indeed predatory, and they can get these negative reviews removed simply by issuing a refund at an amount which will reflect a reasonable and fair balance paid. Shame on you!
