The client had lost a set of keys with their address attached, so for security reasons I replaced the lock and made sure the property was fully secure again.
📍 Romford
I attended a job where the multipoint mechanism had failed and the door was no longer working. I managed to gain entry, replace the faulty part, and also realign the door to prevent future issues.
📍 Loughton
The client had a faulty cylinder lock, and the key snapped inside after being forced. I replaced the lock and provided 5 new keys, ensuring everything was working perfectly.
