Lovely relaxed feeling when entered the dental practice. I felt in good hands,as my teeth need a lot of work done. I would like to thank the city centre for helping and of course the dentist,who explained everything clearly and look forward to having a brighter healthier 😁 smile! Thank you

After another successful appointment I feel I have to post great praise on the practice! I am not a fan of the dentist as had very bad experiences but here I've found a hidden jem. From the reception staff that welcome u on arrival to leaving everyone is so friendly which only puts u at ease. My dentist himself is fantastic & explains all in a gentle way so no nasty surprises. Can't recommend this practice high enough & believe me this coming from a non dentist fan is very high praise indeed!!

From the minute you book your appointment everything runs smoothly. Receptionist’s are very helpful and friendly offering drinks and chatting. My dentist was very professional and talked my through procedure, I felt relaxed and my pain was taken care of in the matter of minutes.

So friendly and welcoming the dentist was so kind and professional to me considering I hadn’t been in 10 years! I now know the plan and it feels good to not be scared anymore and dare I say a little excited for ny future smile. Thank you.

I am a very nervous patient but I manage to make regular appointments here due to the kindness and skill of the dentists here. The reception staff are lovely, too. Good location, easy to get to, and the decor in reception and treatment rooms make you feel calmer, which helps.

Feras Elbiss is an outstanding dentist — exceptionally knowledgeable, empathetic, and professional. His calm and reassuring manner instantly puts patients at ease, and he takes the time to explain everything clearly, building real trust and confidence. His skill and competence are second to none, and he combines them with genuine warmth and care. His nurse, Brooke, is equally kind, attentive, and supportive, which makes every visit a positive experience. The entire practice is friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The patient journey feels seamless, calm and positive from start to finish. I even travel from the Highlands to see Feras because I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental care — and as a dental nurse myself, that really says it all.

My dentist prepared and fitted my crown, and it has fallen out x2 in 12 weeks. The glue was stuck to my wisdom teeth and I had to pick it off. This dentist (owner) has now given up the practice. I’m giving a 5 star review to the new dentist- Dr Feras (co owner). I was offered an appointment within 24hrs. He really took his time to clean and reinstate the crown. The reception staff and dental nurses are very friendly and the place is spotlessly clean. Thank you 🙏

Highly recommend Dr. Feras. The clinic has a calm and welcoming environment. He checked everything in detail, took X-rays, and explained everything clearly. I felt at ease and very happy with my appointment.
