The owner was very helpful throughout, especially during our visit to Shri Jagannath Temple. He guided us properly for darshan and helped us avoid a lot of confusion and hassle, which made things much easier for us. No customer focus. Terrible behavior. Found this company on Google and booked an Outstation taxi. Just a few hours before pickup, the driver called. I requested for the car to be clean. He replied that the outside would be clean, but inside there would be some sand. I called the company again and complained, and they told me I should pay extra for a new car. I said, I only wanted a clean taxi. Instead, they canceled my booking without caring fir the trouble they caused. With no time in hand, I had to book another car for a much higher price elsewhere.
