Having moved house I found the tv aerial didn’t work. Rang Paul and he came the next day and sorted it straight away (water had got into old cable). Highly recommended!

I had water wicking through the old coax aerial cable which was knocking out some or all of the TV channels. I also had the original 18 element analogue aerial which was capable of receiving the full gamut of channels. Being on a tight budget I emailed a number of Coventry based installers requesting a quote. I included photos and requested options i.e. cable only, cable+ new antenna, cable + antenna + pole and lashing. Most installers only offered one price which was for a total replacement and wouldn’t even consider to see what could be salvaged. Some tried to up sale to the most expensive install. One claimed he would struggle to get his cat ladder over the decorative ridge tiles and would have to approach the aerial from the neighbour’s roof. One even wanted to charge a call out fee before being able to quote. However, City aerials came back with a breakdown quote as requested and the prices were very reasonable. When Paul arrived, the weather wasn’t great – there were periods of sun and rain but he got on with the job in a professional manner. In the end I had a new aerial and cable. I found Paul to be very knowledgeable and his workmanship was excellent . I can 100% recommend City Aerials without any hesitation.
