In getting price a price quote for renting a dumpster, you may call different rental companies to compare rates. Before calling, learn a bit about what questions you need to ask, size of the dumpster being quoted, all fees associated with the rental, delivery, pickup and disposing of the waste.
Your initial consideration is what size dumpster do you need. Dumpsters range in sizes from 10, 15, 20 yards and up to a 30-yard dumpster, typically for a large demolition project. You want to be sure you rent the right sized dumpster for your project.
Another determination is how long will you need the dumpster. Usually, your quote is for a set amount of time. Ask how much time is included in the quote and the cost if you exceed the time frame.
An important part of your quote will be for the type of debris you have. Yard waste may have a higher fee than construction waste.
Lastly, will be how much weight the dumpster can manage. Dirt and yard waste weight far more than doors, drywall and 2x4’s. Ask what are the weight limitations, if any, with your quote, and the costs if your load is above the set amount.
Costs associated with your quote are type of debris, landfill fees, fuel, and your location. Sometimes, the dumpster rental company that is closest to you might have the best rate, but not always.
If you ask the above questions and obtain a quote for each in the total price, you’ll likely not be surprised by any ‘hidden’ fees. Which Circle J Roll-Offs does not have :)
