Numbers are in for last month and once again it's a mixed bag.
My Compass agent calls have been full of multiple offers right alongside listings that are just sitting - it's so specific to your area and home these days. Spring sprung early for housing and inventory in the most desirable areas is low, but some listings are pricing c. 2021, and they're not getting a nibble.
If you're thinking about selling - I'm going to have a lot of thoughts for you based on your neighborhood and home style - it's THAT specific.
