Bellevue in the sixties looks a bit different doesn't it?👀
I came across this postcard and I had to see what that view looks like now (at least on Google). Population grew quite a bit since the city was incorporated, (mostly from annexation) from 5,950 in 1953 to 61,196 in 1970. Fast forward to the last official population count in 2019 - 145,300 people living in Bellevue.
Do you have any stories or photos of the Eastside? I'd love to see them! 😍
