Just had Katie over to do upholstery/carpet clean - stairs and hallway carpets, sofas and rugs. What a transformation!!! Feels like a new home again. Fantastic results. Had cinders cleaning do my stairs and landing as was a little run down and tired looking with some dark marks in the high traffic area, after Katie from cinders had finished the carpet looked as good as new more or less, far better than what I expected. 100% would use again. Highly recommend

Shoutout For A Small Worcester Business I'm beyond grateful to Katie from Cinders Cleaning! She has taken my much loved and very expensive cream Tapi lounge carpet from a real fear of needing a replacement to giving it years of life again. It's very light in colour, high tog count and very thick underfoot - definitely pretty - but showed heavy tread areas and stains despite our own attempts at carpet shampooing etc over the years. The after pics were literally taken within hours of her finishing and it's just gotten lighter again as it's fully dried. Katie is worth the spend! Saved thousands in the long run! She has invested in the products she uses and it shows! More than just that is her customer care and kindness. She's coming back next week to start on other areas of the house and I can't wait! I really took to her and after these results I seriously want to promote her. She belied in herself and her products when a floor fitter (my partner who has also been the one trying to scrub it over the years so it wasn't a con for work!) and another professional cleaner recommended replacement. Cinders did a great job on our living room, hallway and bedroom carpets, all have seen one or two accidents over the year. They have been re-invigorated and look and feel much better. Katie arrived early, set herself up and just worked hard. She is friendly, professional and conscientious. I would happily use Cinders again and have no hesitation in recommending her.

Katie, who owns this small business, is very informative, helpful and hard-working. She attended my home within acouple of days of my contacting her, and made a careful inspection and assessment of what was required in order to clean my hallway and lounge carpets. She was able to come again, on the next working day, to carry out their cleaning. I was amazed at the amount of equipment which she had in the back of her van; she leaves nothing to chance, and comes prepared for a variety of possible problems. After a thorough three hours, all done; and I was stunned to discover that my feet "bounced" slightly, on the cleaned carpeting, just as if they were brand-new, and newly-laid!
