Cinderella Nails and Spa

I have been coming to this salon my whole life, 10 yrs + . the past hand full of times i’ve came, I have been so unhappy with my nails. and it’s been such a sloppy job. Biggest thing is the tech seems to get upset when you ask for them to fix something then immediately they start talking to the other techs in their language, making it very clear they are talking bad about you. To pay $60 for a full set and feel uncomfortable the whole time is a horrible feeling. I keep coming back hoping the next tech will be better… nope i’m done trying, I will find somewhere else.

Very painful pedi just so my toenails can come out looking like a blind toddler used scissors to trim my nails. So sad my feet will look like this for weeks.

Very disappointed. I see a review with the exact same problem I have. The first photo is what I showed I wanted, the second photo is what I got… after explaining thats not how I wanted them and I showed the photo again. I was told my nails needed to be longer… but that wasn’t told when she cut them. Paying $55 for what I got is crazy!! It’s very sad when I’ve been coming here for 10 years now and prices have raised so much and i’m unhappy with my service.

Came here to get my nails fixed and the nail tech seemed in a bad mood and was aggressive when doing my nails. It was so rushed and she supposedly put oil around my nails when she was using the dropper, didn’t even squeezed anything out. I am 9 months pregnant and it’s just insane of Jenny to be taking it out on me. I felt all that negative energy!

My technician laughed when I told her she was hurting me. These cuts burn when I wash my hands and hurt while typing.

My experience here was 10/10. Everyone working was extremely nice and polite. I highly recommend JLe; she was the tech that I had and she gave me nails that were even better than the picture that I came in with. The prices are also fair for the work that they put in. Couldn’t be more in love with my nails.

I've been going here a few times a year for a few years. Always friendly and I never have to wait long. If you make an appointment in advance you don't wait at all. The nail techs do a good job and I have always been happy with the service. Andy is awesome, does a great job and takes his time.

I was very disappointed with my full set. I had asked for a short square french tip and even showed her a reference photo. She only glanced at the photo and said yes. When she started my nails she didn’t make them square so i kindly asked her if she could file them more to shape and she got upset and said “next time say you want square before i start your nails” i was very confused because i showed her a picture and told her how i wanted the nails. I stayed quiet and trusted her. When it got to the white tip of the nails she re did them multiple times and they were all uneven , i even asked her to just paint the whole nail white if that was easier, i had no issue with all white nails. She continued to ignore me and still tried the white tip, i was over it at that point. i dont blame the place or the people because everyone is super nice ! But i did have to go to another salon to get my nails fixed and i was very upset that i spent over $115 for something i was not happy for and even tried to speak up about it . First pic is the reference, second is what i got and third pic is what the other nail salon did, very big difference.

This is the best nail spa in pearland!!! Megan and Benny are excellent but all the technicians are friendly and talented. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is clean and comfortable! Stop in you wont regret it.
