I highly recommend Cimex. They are a local company who cares about who they serve and they finish the job. They were so personable and walked me through all my options to elimiate my bed bug situation. They are care about the work they do, were empathetic to my situation, and have good prices.

We have used their services twice and been extremely satisfied each time! We chose Cimex because we work with dogs ourselves, professionally and in our personal lives. We have seen firsthand the incredible things a trained working dog can do. The first time, in 2020, we suspected an infestation due to suspicious bites popping up overnight. The handler and his dog were able to stop by very quickly, did a thorough check of our condo AND our car. Thankfully, there were no bugs found! He gave us some likely explanations as to the bites and left us feeling very safe. The second time, last summer, we were not so lucky. Under similar circumstances, the dog did alert on a corner of our bed. The handler was able to do a heat treatment right then and there, plus a chemical barrier to catch any bugs who escaped the heat! Beyond that, they were so sweet and understanding when I was very nervous about bites continuing to pop up after the treatment. As it turns out, these bugs caused a delayed reaction to their bites on me by almost two weeks - which isn’t uncommon! About two weeks after the heat treatment, we never had a bite again. We would 10000% recommend their services to anyone looking for peace of mind, honesty, and professionalism! I hope we never need their services again, but if we ever do, they will be the first folks who we call.

Great company to work with! We got bedbugs during some renovations on our house, which made our house particularly tricky to treat. I was horrified at the discovery, but they scheduled us for treatment very quickly and Isis was very patient answering all our questions and telling us what to do to prepare. After the first treatment we saw a huge improvement, but there were a few straggler bugs left behind that required additional treatment(again, our situation involved construction materials, etc, so probably harder to treat than most). So we were glad we got the extended warranty, but Kevin was very thorough in his work and they saw us through the whole ordeal. I think it took about a month from start to finish, and we have been bug-free for a year now. It was great to feel like we had a partner (in Cimex K9) going through this awful experience. We would definitely recommend them!
