Never had a bad meal. Wednesday night the wine (under 100$) is 50% off. The staff is super professional. The food is just always amazing. Pro Tip: order the bread they make in the pizza oven to clean your plate!

We always drive by it on our way to work and decided to try it to celebrate our anniversary. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was outstanding. We ordered recommended dishes and they were all delicious. Between the amazing food, the warm service, and the overall atmosphere, We'll absolutely be back and would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and atmosphere.

It was difficult to make a reservation (for a larger group). Left a voicemail and it was never returned. Had to call a few times to make a reservation. Other than that, food, service and atmosphere are excellent. I wish the ragu pasta had more sauce. Pizza is Neapolitan style. They don't have a kids menu or kids sizes and prices.

I feel compelled to send this correspondence regarding our dining experience last night. My wife and I have high expectations when dining out as we don't do it as often as we would like. We celebrated a special occasion last night with 2 other couples and the ambiance was wonderful and the vibe was enjoyable. When Josh A came over to greet us all was good, and when we placed our orders we were surprised he took everything at once as opposed to salads and appies of which we all had. I made a point of saying to Josh if he got all that because it was a large order to take without notes which he assured us he was good to go. It took a while to get the food but that was ok as we were enjoying our evening. Then everything came at once....salads, appetizers, entrees....and one guests salad didn't make it to the table which took 10 minutes to fix. The food was also luke warm which is a disappointment. Then it was time for the bills...ours was incorrect as was one of the other couples. We brought it to his attention and he corrected it but still made a mistake on our bill after the fact which we didn't catch until we got home. Josh was blaming the new POS system which is fine, but review it before you hand it to the client and fix it before we have to get into the uncomfortable for some position of acknowledging the issues...The restaurant arena is a very competitive one, and we had other options but we had been to your location before and had a good experience so we thought lets try it again. We had hoped to have made a lasting impression with our guests but instead had to listen to their disappointment...

Beautiful surprise visiting ontario !!! Always looking for my two favourites types of pizza and dough is the key; the best neapolitan pizza and detroit (Slowhand in the east is the best). Cima was friendly from the call to the young manager who took my order, came to pick it up 15mn after and barely waited 2min at the bar of that very charming place. I recommended it to my family here in burlington as i knew when i left with the boxes without opening them til home, that it would be a delicious experience. Thanks again !!!

The pizza was good; however, I asked for a bit of olive oil to drizzle on top, and when I received the bill, I realized I had been charged $3 for it. There was no communication that this would be an extra charge, which was very disappointing. After reading previous reviews, it seems this is something that happens often to customers, which feels misleading. Despite the good pizza, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Enjoyable place at night, good pizzas, I recommend their fritti di patate. Friendly staff and service. Second experience, Feb. 2025: ordered both the Margherita and mushroom pizzas for delivery. Both were very tasty. Happy that the quality hasn't fallen back 2 years since my first visit. I still recommend this place and would definitely go for it again. Quick observations regarding delivery: - highly advisable to seal food packaging (sticker or something), to ensure food doesn't get tampered with. Big concern for me personally. - for pizzas, perhaps consider adding pizza savers/triangles to prevent shifting during transport.

We went in expecting an authentic Italian meal and instead walked out feeling completely scammed. The service was poor , and the entire dining experience felt like a setup to nickel-and-dime customers. They offered table bread and asked if we wanted olive oil, butter, and balsamic with it we said yes, assuming it was a simple courtesy like in any decent Italian restaurant. Only when the bill came did we see that they actually charged us for each of those items. Who does that? Then came the pasta. No Parmesan on top fine, not every place does that automatically but when we asked for a little Parmesan, they said “no problem.” What they didn’t say is that they’d slap a $6 charge on the bill for it. Absolutely absurd. To make matters worse, the servers couldn’t answer basic questions about the menu. It was obvious they were completely untrained or just didn’t care. For a place trying to act upscale, they’ve mastered only one thing: gouging their customers. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. This was hands down one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in years And on top of everything we were refused a booth at 515 pm when there was 3 other people in the restaurant, hostess claimed reservations but every table was still empty when we left.

The ambiance looks cool. Food was good but got disappointed when they charged my friend $3 for some olive oil to put on top of her pizza… really?? And they didn’t even warn her that it would have been an extra charge.

Great fresh pasta. We liked their old ragu- short rib and it’s off the menu. Would be great if it came back. This place is super underrated- we find that most people done know about it. It’s our pick for date night and fresh pasta always.
