The technician, Robert, showed right on time, at 8 am (the window was 8-9am) and did a great job replacing faucets in kitchen and bathroom. He completed the job in a timely manner, gave us useful tips and offered to remove the old stuff and packaging. Clean prompt service. We can heartily recommend this company, and will call again if needed.

We bought a Weber natural gas grill for our condo and asked John Ciampoli Plumbing, -an authorized company by our building management - to connect the grill to the main gas line. The company responded very quick to my initial contact and, before sending a technician, asked a few questions to make sure that it prepares proper adapters. Once a technician arrived, the installation went very smoothly and finished in 10 minutes. We’re very pleased with the result and highly recommend to anyone who plan to install natural gas grills.

I contacted John Ciampoli Plumbing to replace the shower fixtures and cartridge. Krissy from the office was sweet and upfront with costs and services. My plumber, Jose was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I am happy with the service. I had three other plumbers come in for a estimation on the work and no one wanted to deal with condo plumbing and water pipes. Thank you for the work!

These guys are terrible, had them out on two seperate occasions for different issues, both issues arised later. With barely any use on either of the fixtures won’t warranty their work unless it’s in a timeframe designated by them. Chase is terrible as well. Poor customer service and bad attitude. Will advise building management to discontinue using their services and also would advise any customer from using them
