I called Chuck and he got to my house 90 minutes before his ETA. My heat had stopped working and it was 18 degrees outside (feels like 6 degrees). It was 48 degrees in my house. I texted Chuck and he called me back in under 30 minutes. I called two other heating and cooling companies, talked to their operators, and never heard back from those companies before I called back to cancel the service requests after Chuck came. My furnace just needed a simple igniter replacement. It only took him 10 minutes to replace the part and all he charged me was $40. This was barely more than the cost of the part and he drove from Pinconning to Bay City just to get to me. I gave him $50 and honestly felt like I should have given him more. He seemed like a pretty laid back, down to earth, competent guy. My cousin owns and business and I'm definitely sending him Chuck's business card.
