Our Real Estate agent recommended Christopherson Wood Floors - very glad she did. Our 20 year old maple floors were in need of some "love". Christopherson came promptly and gave an estimate for sanding off the old finish and replacing it with 3 coats of new. Everything done professionally, as scheduled with a beautiful end product. I don't think that Christopherson has a "cheap" option - they do a high end best that can be done job that is worth it.

Christopherson Hard Wood Floors, in Tumwater, WA, did an original install in 1988 of a hallway, kitchen, casual dining area and formal dining room. Because we have a 'no shoes' policy at our home, the floors have remained shiny with few dents and only one small (about a foot in diameter) water stain.
We decided to have Christopherson install HWFs in our large living room (18'x20'). They 'laced' the new flooring with the 31 year old dining room floor, refinished all the flooring and they look fantastic! Can't tell the difference between the old dining room floor and new flooring, and the stain is gone.
The job was done on-time, on-budget and the after install clean-up was excellent.
We highly recommend Christopherson Hard Wood Floor to everyone.
