I really wish there was some form of trust i could have made with this business. But its hard to find it at this point. I was originally quoted for work done on my car for a somewhat reasonable price, got quoted 10 days to have it completed, AND that they would communicate with me on the how things were coming along. Instead. They trippled the price that I had to pay on top of the fact that I had to personally show up at the shop just for the boss to run and hide from having an honest conversation with a customer. It's really unfortunate how some of these businesses owners tuck tail and run at the slightest abrasion. I just wanted my car done right. Instead I got shafted and lied to and now I'm out 5 grand. Chris' Auto will Never Ever be getting my business ever again... period. I hope this finds useful to some of you out there looking for work done to your car. Please for your peace of mind. Go somewhere else.

They gave me a quote of $6,000. And many of the parts are in good condition. I went to another shop and bam, magically, just the repairs to my vehicle are $2,000. Ever since Angela left and the other chubby mechanic with a beard is no good, that's been the problem.

Christian auto repair shop that goes above and beyond the galaxy to repair my vehicle. As being a veteran they took extra care of me by working on my vehicle and not charging me for a great amount of time. Who does that? Honest, sincere and respectful is the best way to put it. We need more shops like them in America that sell reliable transportation. My power control module was messed up because of my tipm. My mental health wasnt good with personal stuff and they were very caring and kind. We need more Chris' and Angel's in the world. My remote start needed to be reprogrammed to the vin. Truth is if the vessel isnt walking right with the Lord then expect some static of your frequency to be off and if the relays aren't working sometimes there's a couple screws loose on myself. Its not always a vehicle problem for me but a faith problem. The suv/vessel was a matter of deep prayer and guidance if I was loved by God. These people truly care about the future of safe vehicles on American roadways.

Highly recommend giving Emily and the team a call. They worked with us on a deadline and made sure my family was safe to travel over 2500 miles. Thanks to them we made it to my grandmother's funeral. The mechanic was transparent about our vehicle's needs and communicated the why along with the price. Everything was exactly as quoted. We will be loyal customers.

Extremely reliable and incredible service when you need it most! Forget the big chain auto repairs shops Chris’s auto actually cares! Ive had two extremely positive experiences here. First time was for something more routine an oil change and clearing a check engine light. Phillip was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and went through exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and how to take preventative measures to stop it from happening again. They were able to get me in same day and were very quick. Prices were very fair as well! Second time was what really solidified me only going with Chris’s auto moving forward. I had a bad charcoal canister which had been misdiagnosed/not properly fixed by a different repair shop. Again Phillip and the team at Chris’s got me in, same day to have it fixed properly. He went through exactly what was wrong with the vehicle, what he would be doing to fix it and locked in the cost BEFORE the work was done. This is a auto repair shop that you can trust and they really go the extra mile to make sure you feel like family. We have been to Chris's West many times with a couple vehicles and they are excellent. Everybody I have spoke with from office to shop is very friendly. They take the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. When I call on the phone I can hear the smile in their voices. Emily has handled financing with us and it's a quick easy process.. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone.
