Driver was onsite fast and got my rig out of the way and parked without a hitch. Highly skilled operator, confident and smooth as glass pulling 86' grossed out @ 80k. We had such a great experience with Chris & Sons in an emergency situation that we’re now using them again for non emergency tows. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff is very friendly. Kayla and Taylor have great phone etiquette, and Chance was very careful with my son’s truck (his baby) on a squirrelly drive down highway 19 from Hermann. Had a heck of a day with Ben. He not only came out on his day off but he did everything in his power to try to help me. May not have been able to fix the issue but I’m beyond grateful that he came and tried. Also thank you to Ashley got reaching out and getting me help. You guys are amazing people! Professional and very polite on the phone. Called late in the evening on a holiday. They were very helpful. Towed 2 young men who were stranded in the boonies, without a good spare, and far from home. Helped them air the spare, checked it out for safety, and sent them on their way. This mom is very grateful for their service.
