I was going to my usual nail place when I had to stop at Melcom in Shiashie to buy something. I saw the shop, but it was empty, so I thought, well, I am here anyway, so let me check in there. This was a BIG mistake. I should have known that an empty salon on a Friday is a red flag. They told me a Gel pedicure was 250 GHS. I said, "OK, I'll go to Melcom and come back," so I went back. I entered a place with square white tips, so I asked the lady if they only do white tips with gel or if they can do regular polish. She said both, and I said, "OK." She said I should sit down for the pedicure and let her know which one I wanted afterwards. During the pedicure, the lady (a different lady) asked me if I wanted a cut down cause my nails were a little long. My regular salon always asks me this, so I didn't think anything of it and said “yes”. I was on my phone, and when I looked up, she had cut all my toes very jaggedly not a single one of them had been cut straight. And my right big toe had been cut below the nail bed line. She tell told me its because my nail broke but what she can had was overfilled my nails to the point that they basically felt like skin on my toes. She then told me to put on my slippers because she was done. I asked her what about my polish. She said she didn't know I was doing polish. I came in with polish, white tips at that so do I look like the kind of women that will just walk out with my toes bare?! Especially with jagged nails she didn't even file them straight! How is that possible? And why didn't she check with the other lady who had received me into the salon? The lady I initially spoke to said my nails were too short for white tips when I came in to ask for them. She cut my nails so short that I couldn't even do what I came in for. At this point, I was annoyed. So I told here to give me white polish. After 10 minutes, she returned to say there was only milky white available and that she can't find the white polish. A nail shop with no white nail polish?! I said she has to do three coats so it doesn't look too sheer. She slapped on the nail polish messily and inconsistently possible, then had the cheek to tell me I still had to pay, which I did. But I am incredibly annoyed. Now I have to go to my sisters wedding with these nails and there isn't any way to fix it because my nails are too short. I kept on asking her to file my nails so they are at least straight and she was not very accommodating. A ZERO out of 10 experience.

I really luv the atmosphere at the spa. The ladies are really amazing and their services are on point. The I V therapy is really good for my skin. I have an even skin tone . I love my skin. I will surely recommend you to my friends.

I was at Chriselle spa to have my pedicure and nails done and the outcome was awesome. My nails were giving the luxurious look and my feet was looking fresh and soft. Their customer service was super amazing as well. Will surely come back.

I was at Chriselle spa over the weekend to have my pedicure and nails done and the outcome was soo amazing. I really enjoyed how the girls treated me. Christelle spa is a beautiful place with an amazing customer care. I will recommend everybody to visit there because they have the best customer care. Will surely come back.

Whoever is the lady that is answering phone calls today on 27th May 2023 is unprofessional and nonchalant. The way she answers is like she is doing you a favor , I was going in for a Massage and pedicure but the way she sounded over phone gave me a bad vibe . Changed my mind . Not going . Front office/Phone is the most important as it’s first point of contact and first impression.

Getting my hair and nails done by you was a great option. Keep it up ladies. I luv ur service.

Hair was done well. Unfortunately there are no covid protocols in place. None of the hairdressers were in face masks and even other clients came in without masks.

Splendid....Excellent service, I will recommend and surely bringing the Mrs anytime she's in Ghana.
