We spent 6 hours here today using the Day Pass, and I’m honestly so impressed with the experience. Here’s a quick breakdown of why we’ll definitely be back: 1. Exceptional Cleanliness: The hygiene level here is top-notch. I noticed the staff constantly cleaning and tidying up throughout our entire 6-hour stay. It’s quite rare to see a kids' cafe where even the bathrooms remain spotless all day, but they really stay on top of it here. 2. Great Variety & Safe Layout: They have a fantastic range of play areas. Usually, my kids gravitate toward one spot and get bored with the rest, but here they genuinely enjoyed every single corner. The layout is also very well-thought-out—there are no major blind spots, so I could easily keep an eye on them from a distance while they played safely. 3. Tasty Food: We had the Cheesy Fried Chicken, wedges, nuggets, and Korean hot dogs. It was a busy period so the food took a little while, but it was absolutely delicious and well worth the wait. 4. Lovely Extras for Kids & Parents: The cotton candy machine was a massive hit—the kids were absolutely thrilled! I also really appreciated the massage chair for parents. (it would be even better if there were some sanitizing wipes provided next to the chair for extra peace of mind.) 5. Great Value for Money: I was initially surprised that they only offered 1-hour or Day Pass options, but then I realized the Day Pass costs about the same as 2 hours at most other places. It’s excellent value. Even with the $35 parking fee at the shopping centre, it felt like a day well spent. Tip: It’s even more affordable if you become a member. We topped up $100 and received $110 in credit, which can be used for both entry and food. It’s a great way to save a bit extra. Verdict: We’ll 100% be back! (Just to be clear—I have no affiliation with the business; I’m just a very happy mum who was genuinely impressed by the service and the lovely staff.)

The place is very clean and the staff are incredibly friendly! We’ve been to many kids cafes, but this one is by far the kindest. My child (3yrs old) had a great time and I was able to relax as well!!! 🙈 We’ll definitely be coming back! ❤️

It’s my third time here, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best indoor playgrounds I’ve been to with my son. The space is clean, well organised, and perfect for kids to play safely while parents can relax. The staff are friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even better. We also love the food here, the fried chicken and rose tteokbokki are our favorites and honestly better than expected for a playground. It’s always a great experience, and we’ll definitely keep coming back.

⚠️ Unsafe, dirty, and unprepared for emergencies – parents, please be careful. My 3-year-old son was injured at ChouChouBeBe Auburn Kids Café on 18/08/2025. He suffered a lip laceration after falling on a torn and damaged slide (photo attached). We had to take him to Westmead Children’s Hospital and pay $176 for emergency treatment. While my insurance covered the rest of the hospital expenses, the café refused to take any responsibility or reimburse the emergency fee. They claimed their equipment was “safe,” even though my little boy was bleeding and in pain. The place was also very dirty and smelled bad — the play area, ball pit, and tables were clearly not cleaned properly. To make things worse, they didn’t even have a basic first aid or emergency box, and staff seemed completely unprepared to help when my child was injured. A children’s café should be safe, hygienic, and properly equipped for emergencies, but this one was the opposite. The management’s attitude was careless and dismissive, even after a young child was hurt. Please check the play equipment and cleanliness carefully before letting your kids play here.

We recently celebrated our child’s first birthday at Chou Chou Bebe in Auburn and had such a wonderful experience! The venue is absolutely beautiful and perfect for kids’ parties. A big thank you to the manager, Ashma she is incredibly sweet, kind, and made everything so easy for us. The entire staff was friendly and helpful throughout the event. The food was absolutely delicious, and the quantity was just right everyone loved it! We’re so happy with how everything turned out and highly recommend Chou Chou Bebe for any special celebration.

Hosted our son’s 3rd birthday party here. Absolutely Brilliant- the staff go far and beyond. They took care of every little detail. The place is super clean and well kept. Perfect intimate space catered for kids 1 and above. Not too busy so you don’t end up being too stimulated with worrying about your kids and the others around you. The food was fantastic and portion size was more than expected( we went for Option 2 party option) Highly recommend!! We will be back!!

DO NOT HOST A BIRTHDAY PARTY AT CHOUCHOUBEBE AUBURN!!! The day after my son’s 1st birthday party in January, I sent an email to the admin office to complain about how atrocious the service staff and organisation of the party was. It is now March and I am still yet to receive a reply regarding the matter… Despite clear communication and arrangements made via email, the tables were not set up as planned (so my family, the decor lady and myself arranged the tables). To make matters worse, a staff member was still cleaning the venue at 6:00 pm (I had the venue booked from 6-9pm) which delayed preparations and gave the impression that the venue was not ready to host an event. The food service was another major issue. The food, including the children's chicken nuggets and chips, was significantly delayed. My own guest had to step in and set out the food due to the absence of staff. Additionally, there were only 3-4 utensils provided which I had to personally put out and had to go back to the kitchen to request more. This was such a shame given the food was actually quite nice. When I raised my concerns with the staff, their response was both unprofessional and dismissive. They apologised but blamed the delays on the quantity of food I ordered, insinuating that the fault lay with me rather than the team’s lack of preparedness or insufficient staffing. Another issue was the air conditioning in the main area was not working, leaving guests extremely uncomfortable. The venue provided only two fans and one evaporative cooler for the entire space, which was wholly inadequate. The high temperature created a dangerous environment, especially for young children. When a family member of mine mentioned this to a staff member, they said the air conditioner was controlled by the centre and walked away rather than trying to help with the situation. Throughout the night, the staff were nowhere to be seen and appeared to be hiding in the kitchen rather than managing the event. Whenever I did manage to speak to them, they seemed confused and unprofessional, further adding to the frustration of the evening. Attached is photos of the set up of the party which were organised by Shelly (the balloon decor) and external suppliers for the cake/desserts whom were AMAZING! But the service at the centre was far below the standard I expected- given the importance of the event (which I was unable to enjoy at all).
