ChouChouBEBE AUBURN Kids Cafe

The place is very clean and the staff are incredibly friendly! We’ve been to many kids cafes, but this one is by far the kindest. My child (3yrs old) had a great time and I was able to relax as well!!! 🙈 We’ll definitely be coming back! ❤️

We recently celebrated our child’s first birthday at Chou Chou Bebe in Auburn and had such a wonderful experience! The venue is absolutely beautiful and perfect for kids’ parties. A big thank you to the manager, Ashma she is incredibly sweet, kind, and made everything so easy for us. The entire staff was friendly and helpful throughout the event. The food was absolutely delicious, and the quantity was just right everyone loved it! We’re so happy with how everything turned out and highly recommend Chou Chou Bebe for any special celebration.

⚠️ Unsafe, dirty, and unprepared for emergencies – parents, please be careful. My 3-year-old son was injured at ChouChouBeBe Auburn Kids Café on 18/08/2025. He suffered a lip laceration after falling on a torn and damaged slide (photo attached). We had to take him to Westmead Children’s Hospital and pay $176 for emergency treatment. While my insurance covered the rest of the hospital expenses, the café refused to take any responsibility or reimburse the emergency fee. They claimed their equipment was “safe,” even though my little boy was bleeding and in pain. The place was also very dirty and smelled bad — the play area, ball pit, and tables were clearly not cleaned properly. To make things worse, they didn’t even have a basic first aid or emergency box, and staff seemed completely unprepared to help when my child was injured. A children’s café should be safe, hygienic, and properly equipped for emergencies, but this one was the opposite. The management’s attitude was careless and dismissive, even after a young child was hurt. Please check the play equipment and cleanliness carefully before letting your kids play here.

This kids’ play area inside the mall is clean and the staff are lovely. However, the 14 per hour entry fee feels high for what’s offered. There’s not much to attract kids, and even nearby families don’t seem interested. It’s always empty feels more like an abandoned space than a fun play zone. They need to rethink their pricing and bring in creative ideas to attract more children and build real customer loyalty.

Hosted our son’s 3rd birthday party here. Absolutely Brilliant- the staff go far and beyond. They took care of every little detail. The place is super clean and well kept. Perfect intimate space catered for kids 1 and above. Not too busy so you don’t end up being too stimulated with worrying about your kids and the others around you. The food was fantastic and portion size was more than expected( we went for Option 2 party option) Highly recommend!! We will be back!!

So much potential but poor upkeep and maintenance - broken toys, doors coming off the hinges, small amount of toys in the kitchen and fishing, chairs being stored in play areas. My kid still has fun but as a parent and a paying customer, this is terrible and unsafe. Been to others that have much better offering and standards such as the Merrylands ChouChou

Excellent customer service, kids absolutely love it. The food was yummy as well not just catered for kids but also adults. Definitely recommended birthday party and casual visits.

There is a girl name saliha she is very good very coporative with kids. Very good and pleasant time we spend here. Kids really enjoy their time here.

Not maintained well, smelly, old and very dirty. If I could only refund my credit, i would and never return

Staffs are very friendly , nice and good spot for kids. Food is awesome.
