⚠️ Unsafe, dirty, and unprepared for emergencies – parents, please be careful.
My 3-year-old son was injured at ChouChouBeBe Auburn Kids Café on 18/08/2025. He suffered a lip laceration after falling on a torn and damaged slide (photo attached).
We had to take him to Westmead Children’s Hospital and pay $176 for emergency treatment. While my insurance covered the rest of the hospital expenses, the café refused to take any responsibility or reimburse the emergency fee. They claimed their equipment was “safe,” even though my little boy was bleeding and in pain.
The place was also very dirty and smelled bad — the play area, ball pit, and tables were clearly not cleaned properly. To make things worse, they didn’t even have a basic first aid or emergency box, and staff seemed completely unprepared to help when my child was injured.
A children’s café should be safe, hygienic, and properly equipped for emergencies, but this one was the opposite. The management’s attitude was careless and dismissive, even after a young child was hurt.
Please check the play equipment and cleanliness carefully before letting your kids play here.
