I was there a week and a half ago, got my Mercedes windshield replaced with an original Mercedes windshield, It took a little bit longer that I was expecting bc Jaden had to recalibrate my camera, I was going to run late for an appointment and sweet Kaela offered to give me a ride to and from my appointment, me and my husband are very satisfied with their service and professionalism. I will recommend them 100%, thanks guys!

Be aware of the “waiver” you sign before you take your vehicle to this place. Small chips somehow turn into a crack across the entire windshield and they’re very quick to give you a quote for a new windshield. What is suppose to be a quick cheap fix will end up costing you $500-$700 for a new windshield. I DO NOT recommend!

Shout out to Chip Control Glass in Cove for their quick, professional, and expert service at a reasonable price. After a scum bag broke my rear passenger window this past weekend, they were able to get me a next day appointment. 10/10 would recommend!!

Update to the update: These people genially care about their business and customer base. The fact that the owner took the time to personally insure that the company handled my situation properly speaks volumes. He doesn't know me and didn't have to take time out of his day to listen or even care. I was treated professionally and, if he believed me or not, was taken care of above and beyond. Thank you. Will leave the first review only for reference to show the progression. Update: The owner reached out the same day as the review. This says enough about their integrity. I will go by their Killeen location for a second opinion. The fact that they are willing to quickly reach out and take another look means a lot. The problem was there from the beginning, but at least they will look again. Brought my truck in because small flakes that were there since install, all over my windshield have gotten worse over time and are terrible when driving in the sun. The tec said they appear to be in the glass because they cannot be felt. He then turned it over to the manager who said they happened because I drove through sand or rocks. They are literally uniformally on every part of the glass, tip to tip. I asked him point blank if they would honor their warranty and he said no. I truly had high expectations. Hate that they were let down. Can see intensity at the sun in the pics, but it doesn't do it justice. I have nothing to gain from this but better sight. The product was defective from the start.

I must say, it was one of the best car repair experiences I have ever had. My windshield had a large crack and hail damage from several storms. Bruno was so kind; he thoroughly explained the process and showed me all the details. From my initial visit to meeting with the insurance adjuster and receiving my fully repaired car, the entire process took only eight days. The communication was excellent. I hope I won't need their services again, but if I do, I will definitely return for any future cracks or dents. I am very impressed and pleased.

Perfect purchase from these awesome guys. Would for sure use them again for any more lawn mower sent a rock into the car door window and spider cracked it all up replacement needs. Super easy purchase and great service.
