Worst service ever. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. I ordered a sample product from China Hub and was clearly told it would be shipped by airplane from China to Erbil, Iraq and would take around 1 week. I paid extra money specifically because it was supposed to be air shipment and faster. Two months later, I still have NOT received anything. This is unacceptable. What makes it worse is their terrible communication. They barely reply on WhatsApp, take days to answer, give no clear updates, and take zero responsibility. If this is how they handle a simple sample order, I can’t imagine trusting them with a real shipment. This company wastes your time, money, and energy. No professionalism, no accountability, no respect for clients.

I’ve been working with China Hub for 3 years, and they are honestly the best shipping company I’ve ever dealt with. The whole team is helpful, friendly, and professional. Their customer service is always fast and reliable. A special shoutout to Ali , he is so gentle, patient, and always ready to help with everything. I really appreciate his support. Highly recommend China Hub!

Do not recommend! Ordered a package since last august and they keep coming up with excuses and no one is taking any responsibility. I’ve received other packages from other companies as promised, but this company is so untrustworthy.

ChinaHub is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. It has been almost one year and I still have not received my order. Every time I follow up, I get a different excuse. There is no proof, no documentation, and not a single apology whatsoever. Their customer service is careless, evasive, and completely untrustworthy. They provide no clear answers and take zero responsibility for the situation. At this point, I seriously question whether my order was ever handled properly at all. This has been an exhausting, frustrating experience and a complete waste of money. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

DON'T BUY FROM CHINAHUB! Almost 3 months ago i decided to try it, i ordered items from the app, the order didn't proceed even after taking my money, i contacted them and they said they'll deal with it and it's fixed, i waited a month for the items to arrive (they were for a business im launching) i contacted them again they told me that the order was canceled a month ago and was never ordered but kept my money! Then i submitted a review here and a representative contacted me and said she will refund me (she did) and told me to remove my review and that she will change my experience with the app and guess what she didn't, after removing my first review and submitting my order again with her help and knowledge, still the orders never arrived i'm late for the launching of a new business 3 months (Christmas and valentines are both important) because of their lack of experience and worst customer experience ever, so for your own sake or for your business's sake don't buy from them got to Alibaba or anywhere else!

I have been waiting over a month for a reply with multiple messages left unanswered. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customers is unacceptable.
