Worst service ever. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. I ordered a sample product from China Hub and was clearly told it would be shipped by airplane from China to Erbil, Iraq and would take around 1 week. I paid extra money specifically because it was supposed to be air shipment and faster. Two months later, I still have NOT received anything. This is unacceptable. What makes it worse is their terrible communication. They barely reply on WhatsApp, take days to answer, give no clear updates, and take zero responsibility. If this is how they handle a simple sample order, I can’t imagine trusting them with a real shipment. This company wastes your time, money, and energy. No professionalism, no accountability, no respect for clients.

I’ve been working with China Hub for 3 years, and they are honestly the best shipping company I’ve ever dealt with. The whole team is helpful, friendly, and professional. Their customer service is always fast and reliable. A special shoutout to Ali , he is so gentle, patient, and always ready to help with everything. I really appreciate his support.
