🤔 Do you suffer after a day in the garden?
I know there are plenty of jobs to do and it has started raining 🌧
However there are a couple of things that you can do to protect yourself 💯
1️⃣ Warm Up.
Spend a few minutes doing some gentle stretching and/or a short (5min) walk to loosen up and get some blood flowing.
2️⃣ Little and Often.
Breaking up tasks into bite sized chunks will stop you overworking your back.
Don't try to do too much in one go.
3️⃣ Stay hydrated.
4️⃣ Get Help.
If you need it, wait for some assistance before you lift anything too heavy.
