Adam was really amazing to work with. He and his team refinished our existing floors and stairs, installed new flooring in 3 bedrooms to match, and replaced our banister, railing, and spindles. He did an amazing job, finished the job on time, was very accommodating to all of our questions and requests, very responsive, and we highly recommend him for all of your hardwood flooring needs!

Adam is top notch, he had many options for us when we were looking for new flooring. Him and his team pretty much does it all. His installers were professional, courteous and very detail oriented. Adam and his team were a God sent. They are fantastically priced and helped us significantly beautify our home for less than we anticipated but higher quality than we anticipated as well! I reached out to the business via Yelp and got almost an immediate response to my questions and a reasonable quote shortly after. Adam is very responsive, knowledgeable, and he and his crew did an amazing job sanding and restaining my old wood floors. He was on time with both the estimate and dates for the project. Adam was great to work with, his team looked great on Yelp. I contacted them and he came over same day. He took quick measurements and gave me a very reasonable quote. His team did 2 units in our building, they were really easy to communicate with, they arrived early and wrapped up same day. I was walking on beautiful new floors the NEXT DAY. Recently bought a condo and didn't want to spend too much money on repairs before moving in. Floors were in decent shape, not bad enough for a full refinishing, so I opted for a buff and a coat of matte finish. The results were beyond my expectations! I am so glad I decided to do this before moving furniture in...money well spent! And Adam and team were extremely professional. I would definitely use them again, and definitely recommend them!

Adam recently refinished the first floor of our home. We found his prices to be fair and his timeline — about 7 days — great. When working with us he was knowledgeable, punctual and kind. As for the floors, underneath the existing dark stain we found red oak in some rooms and white oak in others. Adam was patient while we thought about our options. In the end he was able to nearly match the two types of wood by applying pink blocker to the red oak and a clear protector to both types of wood. Overall we are very happy with the work Adam did for our home and have recently hired him for another flooring project. (Pictured here is white oak)

Adam’s team was so easy to work with. After they repaired and refinished the floor, we decided to change the shine level. He was able to schedule us in a timely way so the rest of our kitchen remodeling did not get off track. We LOVE the new look and look forward to using Chicago Flooring Group in the future! Chicago flooring group did an amazing job at a fair price. I had my floors refinished for my first home which let’s just say is a fixer upper..now it looks like a new place!! I was quoted 2 even 3 times more from other companies for the same work. Great to know there is a reliable and trustworthy company out there I can count on going forward!

I got my floors done (some new installation; some refinishing) over two months ago by Adam and his team, and I continue to marvel at how beautiful they look. Adam is extremely responsive and professional in his interactions, and his quote breakdown is very transparent. The floors looked so good that my next door neighbors decided to also get their floors done by Adam's team. If I had to give any feedback, it would be that future first time customers talk through the impact of installation on the trim, particularly on stairs--I needed to repaint my trim on the stairs after the job was done, which I didn't expect. In any case, I highly recommend Chicago Flooring Group and will be referring them to anyone who asks.
