Chicago backflow is the absolute best company out there. I cannot thank you enough for your help. When we purchased our home I had never had a backflow before and after inspection I experienced some issues. Chicago Backflow went truly above and beyond to help me! I don't think I ever had a company treat me so well in the service industry like this! Easy testing, amazing customer service and even the repair staff so nice!

We use CBI for our backflow testing requirements. It is a pleasure to work with CBI, they provide timely service that is reasonably priced. And, the best part is - if you have any questions or need any paperwork, a real person answers the phone and is always happy to help. My only complaint is, I wish they could take care of all of our fire testing requirements!

Our the backflow device annual testing was performed yesterday and Matt K was amazing. He communicated every step necessary and was able to efficiently work his way around without needing to be escorted every step of the way. I already received an email with the invoice and copies of the test results. I am super impressed and very happy. I love to get things off my desk asap, this is great. We had a sudden issue with at our business with one of our pieces of equipment during operating hours. I called CBI and they were able to accommodate us with a technician in a very timely fashion. It was necessary for the water to be shut down for the entire facility. The CBI technician diagnosed and had the water back on within an hour. We thank the CBI team for having such a professional and caring work ethic.

Still the best backflow testing and certification we've experienced. Chicago Backflow is our go to company for backflow device testing. As always, Jack came on time and was very professional. From the first contact to schedule the appointment to the payment process, everything was handled by courteous, knowledgeable staff. We highly recommend Chicago Backflow and look forward to hiring them again in the future. We wish them continued growth and success in their business! Add-on: I forgot to give a special mention in my original post to Valerie. She was the one who answered my service call. She was a pleasure to talk to and very attentive to my scheduling needs. Genaro, the Tech was professional and pleasant to work with (second time). He took the time to explain what he was inspecting and why it needs to be inspected. Had a question on my sump pump he gave advice on. Can't go wrong with CBI for your annual backflow inspection.

The technician, Mark, was on time, professional, quick, efficient and able to answer many question I had about our specific devices. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. CBI had much better pricing than other companies in the area who we've used in the past. 5/5.

Have been using CBI for years…the same team member, Mark, comes every year. He is courteous, prompt, respectful and no mess after completion. They will continue to be my go-to!
