This past year, Chicago Backflow was afforded a unique opportunity - to replace the very first backflow valve ever installed by GC Eisenhauer & Sons (the plumbing company started by Mike Eisenhauer's father). When that original 1986 valve came back to the shop, we just HAD to do something special with it! Feast your eyes on the most amazing gift, two custom hand crafted end tables created by Shawn Hogel. Starting with a rusty old backflow preventer, he took it down to the bare bones, and just look at it now! Here is Mike and the Eisenhauer family, pictured below.
