Chicago backflow is the absolute best company out there. I cannot thank you enough for your help. When we purchased our home I had never had a backflow before and after inspection I experienced some issues. Chicago Backflow went truly above and beyond to help me! I don't think I ever had a company treat me so well in the service industry like this! Easy testing, amazing customer service and even the repair staff so nice!

We use CBI for our backflow testing requirements. It is a pleasure to work with CBI, they provide timely service that is reasonably priced. And, the best part is - if you have any questions or need any paperwork, a real person answers the phone and is always happy to help.
My only complaint is, I wish they could take care of all of our fire testing requirements!
