I completed the Advanced Clinical Esthetics program at Chic Image Academy, and overall it was a very impactful experience for me. Liz is incredibly passionate about the esthetics industry and truly cares about preparing her students for real careers. She holds high standards and pushes you to take your work seriously. Like any learning experience, we had our ups and downs along the way, but I can genuinely say that her goal is to help students succeed and fully understand what it takes to be a professional in this field. If you are looking for a program that will challenge you and prepare you for the realities of the esthetics industry, Chic Image Academy will give you the foundation you need.

I had a wonderful experience at Chic Image School while completing my Advanced Esthetics program. The program was comprehensive, hands-on, and truly elevated my knowledge and confidence as an esthetician. Liz was incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and passionate about teaching. I had a facial with Karina today, and she did a phenomenal job. My skin was extremely dry and flaky due to eczema, and she truly brought my face back to life. I walked out feeling rejuvenated, refreshed. She was knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive to my skin’s needs, which made such a difference. The atmosphere was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Everyone was so sweet, kind, and complimentary, with excellent hospitality from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Karina and will definitely be returning for her services.

The atmosphere is so relaxing, and the entire staff (and students!) are incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I had a facial done by a friend who’s training here, and it was such a lovely experience — calm, caring, and truly refreshing. Chic Image Academy is a hidden gem in Tampa! I left feeling pampered, relaxed, and with beautiful, glowing skin. 💆🏼‍♀️✨

I enrolled into the advanced nail specialist course at Chic Image with basically 0 knowledge on the nail world. I only knew about basic manicures using normal or gel polish. I have now graduated and after only a short couple months I feel like I have learned an immense amount and can really call myself a professional. Our instructor Mariel does extremely good nail work and she will make sure students work meet the same standards. Liz especially is a great teacher and gives us a lot of extra knowledge outside of the textbooks. I really appreciate the stress for us students to learn proper safety and sanitization measures. This being said the course is definitely not easy especially in the beginning when you don't know what your doing yet and its easy to get stressed out. However as long as your willing to put in the work and communicate professionally there shouldn't be much issue beyond initial learning curves. Liz is great at reassuring and answering questions when students are confused. Definitely take notes and take videos during demos! Also if you are more new to nails I definitely recommend the advanced over the basic course. The added kits and time to practice all that was learned during the basic course and to try out new art techniques was worth it.

I got my first session of laser hair removal done on my underarms here with Stephanie. When I first walked in, the building was so pretty and clean and I was kindly greeted by the owner, Liz and she directed me up the stairs to where I would be getting the service. Stephanie was so welcoming, reassuring, and professional! She gave me a full run down of how everything was gonna go and made sure I was as comfortable as possible, checking on me every couple seconds to make sure nothing was painful. The process was completely painless and so quick, and a day later I’m having no side effects at all! Overall great experience and I can’t wait to do another session:)

I've had the pleasure of going to Julissa Hoyt for my nails (both hands and toes) for almost a year. She has attended Chic Image Academy and has great attention to detail, phenomenal customer service, and makes me feel truly pampered. I had a great experience at chic image academy as a student! I started the nail program a few months ago in part time and today was officially my last day! As I am sad to be leaving I’m very excited to be entering into the beauty world with all of my new knowledge feeling very prepared and confident! Mrs. Liz and ms.mariel are amazing teachers and have a lot of knowledge and wisdom to share! They have pushed me to be a better student, communicator, nail tech and professional! Coming from knowing absolutely nothing when I started I can say I’ve gotten to learn a lot! It's important to always be prepared and show up ready to learn! If you want to be a pushed to be the best you can be then this is the place for you!
