We had the absolute pleasure of working with Uma and her team for our wedding in December, which had nearly 500 guests. We had originally planned for an outdoor ceremony but were concerned about the temperature. Uma proactively had backup plans in place, and though the weather seemed promising, we had to make a last-minute pivot less than 24 hours before the wedding. On top of that, we faced unexpected issues with seating arrangements and other logistics. It felt like anything and everything was going wrong, but Uma and her team handled it all with professionalism and poise, making the process as stress-free as possible. On the wedding day, everything came together flawlessly. Most of our guests didn’t even realize the ceremony was supposed to be outdoors, thanks to how seamlessly Uma and her team transitioned everything inside. Her team’s attention to detail was incredible—they even unwrapped every single glow stick for our guests and ensured all our photos and candles were perfectly placed throughout the venue. Their coordination was impeccable. They kept everything on schedule using a seamless communication system with headsets, ensuring every team member knew exactly what to do and when. Even during our portrait session outside after the ceremony, a team member stayed with us the entire time, offering support in any way they could. One standout moment was how efficiently they gathered our massive wedding party whenever group photos or events needed to happen—this was a huge help with such a large crowd. From the ceremony to the reception to the grand send-off, every part of our wedding was executed to perfection. We wholeheartedly recommend Uma and her team to anyone looking for a reliable, organized, and truly dedicated wedding coordinator.
