We can't thank you enough Richard for your caring and compassionate service. You made sure our Boy Bernard was treated with upmost respect. After having him put to sleep at the vets, we arranged to come to you straight after. We were very upset with loosing our 14 year old boy. You were very welcoming and comforting. Talked through the process and made us feel at ease knowing Bernard was in good hands till his cremation day. On the day we received a lovely message letting us know he was being cremated and a lovely message after. Losing a beloved pet is devastating, but losing my beautiful cat, Hades, so suddenly left me utterly heartbroken and adrift. After using this very special pet cremation service last year for our German shepherd Kayla, there was only one choice two weeks ago when our beloved Trixie crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I wouldn’t entrust our special girl to anyone else. Richard and Jess understand completely the trauma and grief we humans feel at the passing of our furry children. Everything is handled with the utmost dignity and compassion for both animals and humans. Nothing is too much trouble and the empathy shown by them at such a distressing time helps to ease our grief. I can never thank them enough for the care taken with my girl. The paw prints and sympathy card plus the forget me not seeds are a wonderful touch. They really do go the extra mile. They really are wonderful people, they were so kind and compassionate when I took my boy to them on the morning he passed. They take the greatest of care, it’s so hard to say goodbye but knowing they are in such good hands helps to ease the pain because they take care of them as if they are their own. I would absolutely recommend Richard and Jess to all, they made a heartbreaking time that little bit easier. Everything they do comes from a place of love and I can’t thank them enough.

We were recommended Chesterfield pet Crematorium by a friend! We had to make a very heartbreaking decision with our old girly and we wanted her to be at home with us, where she belonged! I spoke to Richard who was very understanding and empathetic and he listened to everything I wanted for our beautiful girl! I’m so very greatful for the kindness shown at this very hard time! We visited Jess and Richard to help us with our puppy Dollie back in September, the care and dignity they gave Dollie was outstanding my self and my husband Dean are forever grateful. They kept us up to date every step of the way with Dollie’s journey over the rainbow bridge, I wouldn’t go anywhere else !! Absolutely wonderful. Richard and Jess provide a thoughtful, caring, and sympathetic service. When I contacted Richard he was helpful and accommodating. They add some nice touches to the service they provide, which make what is a most difficult time a little easier to deal with. We had our beautiful cat of 17.5 years put to sleep a couple of weeks ago. It was one of the hardest experiences I have ever been through. I knew at the time I didn’t want to leave him at the vets, a place he really didn’t like to be. So we brought him home and took him up to Chesterfield Pet Crematorium. I knew right away when we got there that I was leaving him somewhere safe and where he would be looked after as he made the final part of his journey. At such a difficult time, this was such a relief. Jess and the team were so reassuring and talked us through the whole process so we knew what would happen to him after we left. We were give the time to say our final, most difficult goodbye before we had to leave him for the final time. It felt a safe place to grieve and express our sadness, and we were met with understanding and consideration. The messages we received as Ollie was about to be cremated and once he was ready to be brought home were such a lovely touch. It was nice to be able to know when he was making that final part of his journey so we could think about him and have our own time to honour him in that moment. Thank you so much. My Luna was taken ill quite quickly. Richard was there to collect her from the vets before I had left, which made me happy. Richard contacted me and even asked if we wanted to go and see Luna before she made her final journey over the rainbow bridge. The care and thought that have been put into the messages they send is outstanding( they made me cry). This happened all so quick and I’d no clue on a urn ⚱️. I waited until I got there to choose one and I was not disappointed. I also love the card when I got home(a few more tears) I would highly recommend Richard he made my mourning process a little more easy to deal with
