We can't thank you enough Richard for your caring and compassionate service. You made sure our Boy Bernard was treated with upmost respect. After having him put to sleep at the vets, we arranged to come to you straight after. We were very upset with loosing our 14 year old boy. You were very welcoming and comforting. Talked through the process and made us feel at ease knowing Bernard was in good hands till his cremation day. On the day we received a lovely message letting us know he was being cremated and a lovely message after.
