I lost my baby Phoebe McFiesty after 15 years. I had so much money taken by vets because I wanted to save her as much as possible. But the vets weren't trying to help, only take my money. At the cost of losing my baby😢💔 Now I have her sister left and it's been devastating for us both, since she's been gone. I lost her in November, right before her and her sister's 16th birthday😢 When she passed, I ran out of money and was literally drained. I didn't know how to deal When I reached out to Cherish Pet Cremation, they helped me from start to end and beyond.i felt they were sent from God. The compassion they showed me was truly needed and I can't be more thankful. They felt like family and they all helped me through the entire process. Cherish is a wonderful place and when my other baby passes on, they will be handling her as well. I can't tell you how the people at Cherish are needed in VA. It's hard to find vets with this much compassion but they give me such hope and I can honestly say I love each and every one those people. They are truly a God Send🙏🏾

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to this company. Our boy passed peacefully in his sleep at home. I contacted Cherish Pet, explained the situation, and the owner talked me through everything with such compassion. He assured me someone would be sent to our home as soon as possible. The woman who arrived was incredibly kind and understanding, which brought so much comfort during such a heartbreaking time. A few days later, I received a call letting me know it was time to bring our baby home. The office was easy to find, and the package they prepared was so thoughtfully put together. You can truly feel how much they care. Their prices are also very reasonable. I’m beyond thankful for the care and dignity they provided for our beloved boy. Thank you all so much.

Cherish Pet took great care with us and our 16 y/o beagle, Shelby, who passed last month. They also assisted us back in 2022 with our Yorkie. Both times were very professional and reassuring. Highly recommended.

Cherish has cremated 4 of my babies and for each instance they made me feel like i was the only customer and my babies were priority. Michelle is so compassionate…truly an angel. She made sure 2 people came to get both of my English Mastiffs (150lbs and 220lbs) on the day they passed together. The beautiful wooden urns with my babies were returned within days. I love the extra touches of love that were small but meant everything to me, such as the sweet flower on the bag and their names on a heart clipped to the bag. The paw prints are beautiful. I appreciate them so much.

Michelle was so kind, sweet, sincere, patient, and helpful in dealing with me and all my questions considering this was the first time ever going through this. Jim was the same way when he came and picked my Gizmo up. So sincere in offering condolences and gentle handling my boy. I knew I left my baby in the right hands. Because I knew when I was having to put my baby down, I called ahead and set everything up and it made for a quick turn around process. I had my little prince back home with me where he belonged in what seemed like no time. Would definitely recommend them and I’ll absolutely use them AGAIN (just hopefully no time soon). I am so grateful for the owner of this company Shirley!! She was so kind and compassionate!! My son lost his 2 guinea pigs and I know they were handled with care and dignity. She placed their ashes in the cutest urn too. My baby boy is so happy to have his babies at peace at home with him!! I highly recommend this place!! They amazing!

Had a family emergency When my daughter Dog passed away Contacted Clinic And Could not have asked For any better Customer service compassion And caring That they showed Throughout the entire process of having Her pet taken care of on top of that I'm also dealing with one of my lifelong pets on his verge of Crossing to the afterlife and once again they have been above and beyond anything that I've ever dealt with as far as a company that handle this if you're dealing with this laws these are definitely I'm not even going to say people I'm going to say family that you should be taking your pets too thank you for everything that you've done and the help that you've given me throughout all this grieving process

Our dog lived to be over 17 years old. She was so much part of our family and is missed greatly. She passed away at home and we took her to Cherish Pet Cremation Service. We chose the wooden urn for her ashes and ordered the paw print made in the clay. We couldn’t be more pleased with the services provided. Thank you.
