I would like to express my appreciation for the compassionate and professional care provided by Cherish Funerals during a very difficult time for our family. From our first contact, Esther demonstrated empathy, respect, and a deep commitment to ensuring every detail was handled with care.

We were very appreciative of the thoughtfulness and professionalism of the ladies at Cherish Funerals. We felt comfortable and knew that our loved one was in caring and gentle hands - and we felt we were too. We wanted to conduct a private, family graveside service, and Kim was very helpful with her suggestions and arrangements. All our requests were catered for with respect and understanding, and we were supported and kept informed every step of the way.

from my experience all this company wants is your money. I had the same invoice sent to me daily and sometimes twice a day. They are very un professional. I would not recommend them. I had used Swanborough Funerals in 2020 they are associated with Cherish. they were far better.

During the most challenging time of my life, I was completely supported, and felt so comfortable with and cared for by Kim at Cherish Funerals. I had called a few cremation places and they didn’t feel right, then in the first minute of speaking with Kim I knew I chose the right place. She was so genuine and kind, and the language she used was just so caring - talking about my father being in her care. She asked me about him, so she could get to know him when he went into her care, which just felt so so special. Kim explained every detail so well, and in language I understood, and she just made the whole process so easy and she kept me updated the whole time. Kim, thank you, you are incredible at what you do, and I recommend you so highly.

The service is very professional with staff that are compassionate, caring and go above and beyond with all communications. We utilised their services 15 months and again recently. We were happy that our family member was treated with such and respect. Would recommend the ladies at Cherish.

After meeting with and receiving an extremely high quote from one funeral director (who seemed to only care about us signing on the dotted line). We were put in touch with Kim from Cherish Funerals. She was an absolute breath of fresh air. Given the extremely difficult circumstances, Kim, was punctual, highly knowledgeable, made us feel like we had control over what we wanted for our loved one. Kim kept us updated every step of the way especially when they had to pick up our loved one from another funeral company. She had our chosen coffin delivered to our rural home and picked back up all in time for the service which was held on our property. She treated us and our loved one with so much respect with her gentle and genuine nature. Definitely consider using Cherish Funerals and Kim as she is an absolute angel.
