Wonderful Instructors. Very caring environment with the other students as well. TaiChi has helped reduce the amount of chronic pain that I experience and helped my mind to relax. The instructors and this studio have truly been a God send. I highly recommend giving it a try.❤️

James is an excellent teacher and everyone is very welcoming, even with an inconsistent personal schedule. Class times are very reliable, with little to no cancellations or re-schedules. The care and passion really shines during class, so do not worry about starting something new. Highly recommend for any level.
