I understand your right to refuse service; however, the manner in which this situation was handled remains unprofessional. Even after the explanation regarding the special ending, I asked a separate and straightforward question about the pricing without hair included, as the difference was unclear. That was a reasonable request for clarification.
As a customer, I was not aware that there was any limit on the number of questions I could ask especially when it involves a service as personal as someone working on my hair. Asking questions to fully understand what I am paying for should be expected, not met with frustration or dismissal.
Rather than receiving a clear and professional response, I was met with an unhelpful tone and advised to seek another establishment simply for asking questions. Additionally, your most recent message reflects a similar lack of professionalism.
To clarify, this was never about affordability. I am fully capable of paying for the service. My concern is solely with the inconsistency in communication and the way the situation was handled.
Given this experience, I do intend to leave a review to inform future customers.
At this point, I consider the matter closed.
