I'm so satisfied with the service me and my daughter received! Chela is the bomb.. The energy in her salon is top tier, I felt like I was at home among my sisters. All of the ladies that work with her all of their hands are blessed and they take pride in their work. My braids are neat , light weight and professionally done. I will be back and I recommend them to anyone that wants a good hair experience and I was in and out of there in no time 4 hours and I was done!

This place has a welcoming environment. They listened to my desired style request. They offered suggestions and charged the quoted price. They were efficient and worked quickly. Not to mention the salon was clean and had very nice decor. Loved the end style results and will definitely return. The owner was such a knowledgeable sweetheart.

I was incredibly grateful for their flexibility, especially since I had waited until the last minute to book. Wow! Every time I come to Chealas hair braiding her girls never disappoint! They do amazing work. The first time I came I got Senegalese twists and they looked fabulous. Today I got the kinky twists and the girls did amazing. I’m I definitely a repeat customer. I would highly recommend. Best braiding experience in Nashville.

Had a lady cancel on me last minute and I was able to reach out to Chela to get me in and I’m glad I did. The customer service was impeccable and she took me on the same day! They did an absolutely flawless job in under 2 hours, super professional ladies there, they allowed me to walk in and purchase my bundles from them directly. I’m from Vancouver where it is difficult to find salons that do black girl hair like mine. If you want to get done right, come here. Super neat and clean as well. I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep in my chair. This an incredible establishment and I will come visit whenever I’m in town.

I didn’t know the salon existed until I heard the advertisement on 92Q. I have been searching for a stylist for quite some time and am truly happy to find one who take walk-ins and next day appointments. I communicated with Chela telling her exactly what I wanted, sent her photos of a previous style, and during my visit I received what I wanted and paid for. She even came over several times to check that the stylist was keeping with the style. I am very happy with my small Senegalese twist and yes it took hours but I scheduled for the day and knew it would take time. I gladly paid full asking price for my style and gave a tip. My only regret is that I didn’t know about the salon earlier when taking vacation out of the country and wanting to protect my hair. The couple of stylist I did find I had to schedule at least 2 or more weeks out and pay a deposit. Not everyone is going to be happy with every service they receive. Like anything else you have to keep searching until you find what you want. Finding a good stylist is the same. Therefore, your search may take longer depending on what you want or need. I don’t tend to publicly complain if I didn’t do my research and just take it as a lost. Chela thank you.

Chela and her staff are phenomenal. I love my hair. I had an appointment for Dec. 24th but needed my hair done before then. Chela got me in 9 days before my appointment. Not to mention, it only took about 2 or 3 hours for my twist. When I got home, my husband said, “You need to keep going to her, if they are going to have your hair looking that good and get you out that fast!” 🤣🤣🤣KMSL! I love it!! Thank You Chela & Staff, yall are AMAZING! 🩷 Your service & professionalism are exceptional!!
